Effective Date: September 2, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how CN-DELIVERY handles warehouse receiving, shipment preparation, international transportation, customs-related arrangements, delivery, tracking, special cargo and other shipping-related matters.
CN-DELIVERY is operated by 斯客威環球貿易有限公司 (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “CN-DELIVERY”).
Our services are designed primarily for overseas buyers, businesses and individuals purchasing products from suppliers, factories, 1688, Taobao, Alibaba and other sources in China.
By sending goods to our warehouse, requesting a shipping quotation, approving a shipment plan or using our international shipping services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this Shipping Policy.
1. Our Shipping Services

- Sea freight
- DDP shipping
- Special cargo shipping
- Battery shipping
- Oversized cargo handling
- Export logistics arrangements
- Customs-related coordination
- Last-mile delivery arrangements
- Shipment tracking support
Not every service or route is available for every product or destination.
Availability is determined according to the actual cargo, destination, shipment size, required documents, carrier requirements and applicable laws or regulations.
2. Our Role
CN-DELIVERY acts as a warehouse and logistics service provider.
Depending on the selected service, international transportation may be performed by independent airlines, shipping lines, express carriers, trucking companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, local delivery companies or other logistics service providers.
CN-DELIVERY is not itself the customs authority, airline, ocean carrier or destination-country postal authority.
We may select, coordinate or subcontract suitable third-party logistics providers when necessary to complete a shipment.
3. Shipment Information You Must Provide
Before we can provide an accurate shipping plan or final quotation, you may be required to provide information including:
- Product name
- Product description
- Product category
- Quantità
- Supplier information
- Link al prodotto o al fornitore
- Number of cartons
- Peso
- Dimensions
- Destination country
- Destination city
- Postal code
- Complete delivery address
- Receiver name
- Receiver telephone number
- Company information where applicable
- Declared commercial value
- Product composition where relevant
- Battery information where relevant
- Customs or product documents where required
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.
If the product description, weight, dimensions, value, quantity, classification or destination information changes, the original quotation may no longer apply.
4. Supplier Shipments to Our China Warehouse
Goods purchased from one or multiple Chinese suppliers may be sent to our warehouse before international shipping.
You should provide the domestic Chinese tracking number after your supplier dispatches the goods.
Tracking information helps us identify:
- Which supplier sent the parcel
- Which customer the parcel belongs to
- Which order the parcel relates to
- How many packages are expected
Packages received without sufficient identification may require additional information before they can be matched to your order.
5. Warehouse Receiving
When goods arrive at our China warehouse, we may record:
- Domestic tracking number
- Supplier information
- Arrival date
- Number of cartons
- Visible packaging condition
- Customer reference
- Shipment status
Receiving a package does not mean that the product itself has been fully inspected.
Warehouse receiving and product inspection are separate services.
Our website currently provides 30 days of free warehouse storage for ordinary received shipments unless a different arrangement is agreed for a particular shipment. Extended storage, unusually large cargo or special-storage cargo may require a separate arrangement.
6. Goods Do Not Ship Automatically
Goods received at our warehouse are not automatically sent internationally.
Our normal process allows the customer to review the relevant warehouse information and confirm the next step.
Depending on your requirements, you may ask us to:
- Hold the goods
- Inspect the goods
- Take photos or videos
- Consolidate multiple orders
- Repack the goods
- Return goods to a supplier
- Separate defective products
- Prepare the goods for international shipment
Your goods are normally prepared for international dispatch after the required inspection, packing and shipping instructions have been confirmed. CN-DELIVERY’s current service process specifically allows customers to approve the shipment before international dispatch.
7. Product Inspection
Warehouse inspection is intended primarily to help identify visible and clearly defined issues before international shipping.
Depending on your instructions, inspection may include:
- Quantità
- Model
- Color
- Size
- Visible condition
- Labels
- Accessories
- Packaging
- Dimensions
- Visible workmanship
- Obvious defects
Inspection requirements should be provided before the inspection begins.
Warehouse inspection is not automatically equivalent to a professional factory audit, laboratory test, certification test, regulatory compliance test or formal independent third-party inspection.
8. Photos and Videos
Photos and videos may be provided when included in the agreed warehouse service.
They may show:
- Incoming cartons
- Open cartons
- Products
- Labels
- Measurements
- Packaging
- Visible defects
- Consolidamento
- Riconfezionamento
- Final shipment condition
Photos and videos are intended to provide visual information.
They do not guarantee product authenticity, internal functionality, regulatory compliance, chemical composition, material composition or long-term product performance.
9. Consolidation
Goods purchased from multiple suppliers may be combined at our warehouse when practical.
Consolidation may involve:
- Receiving packages separately
- Matching packages with supplier orders
- Waiting for additional supplier shipments
- Removing unnecessary domestic packaging
- Sorting products
- Combining compatible goods
- Preparing fewer international shipping cartons
Not every product should be consolidated into the same carton.
Fragile goods, batteries, liquids, chemicals, heavy products, oversized products and other incompatible cargo may need to remain separate.
10. Repacking
When requested, we can repack goods before international shipping.
Repacking may include:
- Replacing weak cartons
- Removing unnecessary outer packaging
- Adding cushioning
- Adding foam
- Adding bubble wrap
- Adding corner protection
- Filling empty space
- Preparing stronger export cartons
- Palletization
- Wooden-case preparation
- Custom product grouping
- Gift-set packing
- Applying customer-provided cards, inserts or labels
Repacking may change the final weight and dimensions of a shipment.
11. Final Weight and Dimensions
Shipping prices are normally based on the final packed shipment.
After consolidation or repacking, we may measure:
- Length
- Width
- Height
- Number of cartons
- Pallet dimensions
- Wooden-case dimensions
- Actual weight
Supplier-provided dimensions and weights are considered estimates until the final shipment has been measured.
12. Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight
International transportation may be charged according to actual weight, volumetric weight or another carrier-specific charging method.
A shipment that is physically large but relatively light may therefore cost more than its actual weight alone would suggest.
Chargeable weight depends on factors including:
- Carrier
- Shipping route
- Transport mode
- Carton dimensions
- Actual weight
- Tipo di prodotto
The calculation method applicable to the selected route will determine the final chargeable weight.
13. Shipping Quotations
Initial quotations may be estimates when the goods have not yet arrived at our warehouse.
A final quotation may change if:
- Actual weight differs from the supplier’s estimate
- Carton dimensions differ
- Volumetric weight changes
- More cartons arrive than expected
- Product type differs from the information provided
- Destination changes
- Additional packaging is required
- Special cargo handling is required
- Customs requirements change
- Carrier surcharges apply
- Remote-area delivery applies
Whenever possible, the final shipping quotation will be based on the actual packed shipment.
14. Shipping Methods
Available transportation methods may include:
International Express
Suitable for certain smaller or time-sensitive shipments.
Trasporto aereo
Suitable for many commercial shipments where faster transportation is required.
Trasporto marittimo
Suitable for heavier, larger or less time-sensitive shipments.
Spedizione DDP
Door-to-door routes that may include specified customs-clearance and import-charge handling.
Rail or Truck Transportation
Available on selected routes where operationally appropriate.
Special Cargo Routes
Used for products requiring additional handling, documentation or carrier approval.
The availability of any route depends on the actual shipment and destination.
15. Route Selection
CN-DELIVERY may recommend a route based on:
- Product category
- Destinazione
- Actual weight
- Volumetric weight
- Shipment size
- Urgency
- Cost priority
- Customs requirements
- Dangerous-goods classification
- Carrier restrictions
A route that is suitable for one shipment may not be suitable for another.
16. Transit Times
All quoted delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state in writing that a specific delivery service is guaranteed.
Transit time may be affected by:
- Carrier schedules
- Airline schedules
- Vessel schedules
- Port congestion
- Flight availability
- Customs clearance
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays
- Peak shipping seasons
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Security checks
- Destination-country restrictions
- Local delivery conditions
- Remote-area delivery
- Events outside our reasonable control
An estimated transit time is not a guaranteed delivery date.
17. Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to export and import customs procedures.
Customs authorities may review:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Product description
- HS classification
- Declared value
- Quantità
- Country of origin
- Importer information
- Product documents
- Licenses
- Certificates
- Duty and tax information
Customs authorities have the final authority to determine classification, value, admissibility, duty, tax and inspection requirements.
CN-DELIVERY cannot guarantee that customs will clear every shipment without inspection, delay, additional documentation or additional charges.
18. Commercial Invoice and Packing List
You may be required to provide accurate commercial information for customs purposes.
This can include:
- Product description
- Quantità
- Unit value
- Total value
- Currency
- Country of origin
- Buyer or consignee information
- Seller information
The information must reasonably reflect the actual transaction and goods.
We do not encourage or support false declarations, artificial undervaluation, misleading product descriptions or incorrect customs documentation.
19. HS Codes
Customs authorities use HS codes to classify imported goods.
HS classification can affect:
- Duty rates
- Taxes
- Product restrictions
- Import documentation
- Customs clearance
Where classification is uncertain, the importer, manufacturer, licensed customs broker or relevant customs authority may need to confirm the correct classification.
Information provided by CN-DELIVERY about possible HS classifications should not be treated as a binding customs ruling unless expressly stated otherwise.
20. DDP Shipping
DDP routes may be available for selected products and destinations.
Where a quotation is explicitly identified as DDP, the services included will be those listed in the confirmed quotation.
Depending on the route, the agreed scope may include:
- China export handling
- International transportation
- Destination customs-clearance arrangements
- Import duty handling
- Import tax handling
- Destination logistics
- Last-mile delivery
The precise meaning of the service for your shipment is determined by the written quotation and agreed shipping arrangement.
A CN-DELIVERY logistics quotation described as DDP does not by itself amend or replace the sales contract or Incoterms® agreement between you and your supplier.
21. Additional DDP Charges
A DDP quotation cannot reasonably cover unknown charges arising from inaccurate, incomplete or changed shipment information.
Additional charges may arise where:
- Goods differ from the declared product
- Declared value is inaccurate
- Additional permits are required
- Customs orders testing or inspection
- Receiver information is incorrect
- Delivery address changes
- Remote-area charges apply
- Re-delivery is required
- Delivery is refused
- Customs imposes unexpected requirements
- Storage is caused by receiver delay
- Special unloading equipment is required
Where possible, we will notify you before significant additional charges are incurred.
22. Non-DDP Shipments
For shipments that are not quoted as DDP, the receiver or importer may be responsible for:
- Import customs clearance
- Import duty
- VAT
- GST
- Customs brokerage
- Import licenses
- Local taxes
- Customs-related charges
The responsibility for these costs should be confirmed before shipment.
23. Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes vary by:
- Destination country
- HS code
- Product value
- Product origin
- Import regime
- Local law
CN-DELIVERY does not control the amount assessed by customs authorities.
Unless duties and taxes are expressly stated as included in the confirmed shipping quotation, they should not be assumed to be included.
24. Restricted and Special Cargo
Some products require additional review before acceptance.
These may include:
- Lithium batteries
- Energy storage batteries
- Power banks
- Prodotti chimici
- Liquids
- Powders
- Food
- Cosmetics
- Medicines
- Magnetic products
- Products containing gas
- Dangerous goods
- Branded goods
- High-value goods
- Fragile goods
- Oversized cargo
Acceptance depends on product details, packaging, documentation, destination and carrier rules.
25. Lithium Batteries and Battery Products
Lithium batteries and certain other battery products are regulated as dangerous goods for air transport and may be subject to specific classification, testing, packaging, marking and documentation requirements. IATA guidance states that applicable lithium battery shipments must meet requirements including UN testing, short-circuit protection, appropriate packaging, marking, labelling and documentation.
For battery shipments, we may request information such as:
- Battery chemistry
- Model
- Voltage
- Capacity
- Watt-hour rating
- Battery configuration
- UN38.3 test summary
- SDS or MSDS
- Product specification
- Packaging details
Providing documents does not automatically guarantee carrier acceptance.
Airlines, carriers and authorities may impose additional restrictions.
26. Prohibited Goods
CN-DELIVERY reserves the right to refuse goods that are illegal, unsafe, prohibited by law, prohibited by the selected carrier or unsuitable for our warehouse or transportation network.
Customers must not knowingly send:
- Illegal drugs
- Illegal weapons
- Explosives
- Counterfeit goods
- Stolen goods
- Undeclared dangerous goods
- Goods prohibited for export from China
- Goods prohibited for import into the destination
- Other unlawful products
If prohibited or materially misdeclared goods are discovered, services may be suspended and the shipment may be handled according to applicable law and carrier requirements.
27. Customer Responsibility for Product Compliance
The customer is responsible for determining whether the goods may lawfully be:
- Exported from China
- Transported internationally
- Imported into the destination country
- Sold or distributed in the destination market
This includes responsibility for any required:
- Product certification
- Import license
- Safety approval
- Labelling
- Testing
- Registration
- Regulatory authorization
Warehouse inspection does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
28. Packaging
International shipping involves multiple handling stages.
The customer authorizes CN-DELIVERY to recommend or perform reasonable packaging work when included in the agreed service.
Depending on the goods, appropriate packaging may include:
- Strong cartons
- Cushioning
- Foam
- Bubble wrap
- Corner protection
- Pallets
- Strapping
- Wooden cases
Some fragile, heavy or oversized products may require additional packaging before they can be accepted for transport.
29. Final Shipment Approval
Where our service includes customer approval, we may provide final information such as:
- Carton quantity
- Peso
- Dimensions
- Packing photos
- Shipping method
- Shipping quotation
Once you approve the shipment and payment is confirmed, the goods may be released for international transportation.
Changes requested after carrier handover may not be possible.
30. Shipping Payment
Unless alternative credit terms have been agreed in writing, international shipping charges must be paid before the shipment is dispatched.
CN-DELIVERY’s published service workflow currently provides that shipping is dispatched after the international shipping charge is confirmed and paid.
Other warehouse or service charges may also need to be settled before release of the goods.
31. Tracking
Tracking availability depends on the shipping route.
Tracking information may include:
- Courier tracking number
- Air waybill
- Freight reference
- Container information
- Local tracking number
Some routes use more than one tracking number.
For example, the international transport stage may use one number while the destination-country last-mile carrier issues another tracking number after customs clearance.
32. Tracking Updates
Tracking systems are operated by third parties.
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the shipment is lost.
Some routes may not show updates during:
- International linehaul
- Customs processing
- Transfer between carriers
- Consolidated transportation
We can assist with inquiries where reasonably possible, but we do not control third-party tracking systems.
33. Change of Address
You should provide the correct final delivery address before dispatch.
Changing an address after shipment may:
- Be impossible
- Delay delivery
- Require carrier approval
- Create an address-correction charge
- Require re-routing
Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect or changed delivery address may be charged to the customer.
34. Remote Areas
Some destinations are classified by carriers as remote areas.
Remote delivery may involve:
- Additional surcharge
- Longer delivery time
- Alternative delivery method
- Collection from a nearby terminal
Postal code information should be provided as early as possible so that remote-area conditions can be reviewed.
35. Large and Heavy Cargo
Furniture, machinery, building materials, pallets and wooden cases may require special destination delivery arrangements.
The receiver may need to provide:
- Forklift
- Loading dock
- Unloading staff
- Suitable vehicle access
- Delivery appointment
- Adequate unloading space
Unless specifically included in the quotation, door delivery does not automatically include unpacking, installation, forklift service, crane service or manual unloading.
36. Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail if:
- The address is incorrect
- The receiver is unavailable
- The receiver refuses delivery
- The telephone number is incorrect
- Access is restricted
- Customs information is missing
- Delivery appointments are missed
Failed delivery may result in additional charges including:
- Storage
- Re-delivery
- Address correction
- Return transportation
These charges may be payable by the customer when they arise from receiver-related circumstances.
37. Returned Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned, return transportation and related charges may be significantly different from the original shipping cost.
Before arranging a return, we will attempt to clarify the available options where reasonably possible.
Return costs may include:
- Local transport
- Storage
- Customs charges
- Return freight
- Handling
- Re-import costs
No return should be assumed to be free unless explicitly agreed.
38. Warehouse Storage
Our website currently advertises 30 days of free warehouse storage for standard shipments.
Where goods remain beyond the free period, we may contact you to arrange:
- Shipping
- Collection
- Supplier return
- Continued storage
Extended or special storage may be subject to additional charges or separate terms.
Very large, hazardous or special-condition cargo may not qualify for standard free-storage arrangements.
39. Delays Outside Our Control
International logistics can be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of CN-DELIVERY.
These may include:
- Customs inspection
- Government action
- War
- Civil disturbance
- Port closure
- Airport closure
- Carrier cancellation
- Flight cancellation
- Vessel delay
- Weather
- Natural disaster
- Strike
- Congestion
- Epidemic or public-health restrictions
- Security incidents
- Transport-network disruption
Where such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to provide available information and assist with the shipment, but estimated transit times may change.
40. Delivery Inspection
When receiving the shipment, customers should inspect the external condition of the goods as soon as reasonably possible.
If visible damage exists:
- Photograph the outer cartons
- Photograph damaged areas
- Take video where useful
- Keep the original packaging
- Keep delivery documents
- Record any visible delivery damage with the carrier where possible
- Contact CN-DELIVERY promptly
These records can be important for reviewing a transportation claim.
41. Loss, Damage and Claims
International shipments may involve independent carriers and other third parties.
If goods are lost or damaged during transportation, claim handling may depend on:
- Shipping method
- Carrier
- Cause of damage
- Shipping documents
- Declared shipment information
- Insurance coverage
- Packaging
- Evidence provided
- Applicable carrier claim rules
Customers should notify us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering loss or damage.
We may request:
- Shipment number
- Tracking number
- Product invoice
- Packing list
- Photos
- Videos
- Delivery documents
- Packaging photos
- Damage description
- Value evidence
Claims are subject to the applicable Refund & Claims Policy, carrier terms, insurance terms where applicable and mandatory law.
42. Shipping Insurance
Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless it is expressly stated in the quotation or separately agreed.
If you require additional cargo insurance, ask us before shipment.
Once a shipment has departed, insurance normally cannot be added retroactively.
Insurance coverage, exclusions, deductibles and compensation limits are governed by the terms of the applicable insurance policy.
43. High-Value Goods
Customers shipping high-value goods should inform us before sending them to the warehouse.
Additional requirements may apply to:
- Insurance
- Packaging
- Security
- Declared value
- Carrier selection
- Documentation
Standard shipping arrangements should not automatically be assumed suitable for unusually high-value cargo.
44. Incorrect or Misleading Shipment Information
You must not intentionally provide false information about:
- Tipo di prodotto
- Product quantity
- Product value
- Battery content
- Chemical content
- Dangerous-goods status
- Brand
- Destinazione
- Customs classification
If inaccurate information causes additional costs, fines, delays, return transportation, storage or other expenses, those costs may be charged to the responsible customer to the extent permitted by law.
45. Carrier and Route Changes
International logistics networks can change.
Where reasonably necessary, CN-DELIVERY may change:
- Carrier
- Flight
- Vessel
- Transfer hub
- Customs-clearance provider
- Last-mile carrier
- Transportation route
We may do so where necessary to maintain the agreed service or respond to operational conditions.
A route change does not necessarily constitute a cancellation of the shipping service.
46. Service Suspension
We may temporarily suspend warehouse release or international shipment when:
- Payment is outstanding
- Shipment information is incomplete
- Customs information is missing
- Goods are suspected to be prohibited
- Dangerous goods are undeclared
- Packaging is unsafe
- Customer confirmation is required
- Authorities or carriers require additional documentation
The shipment will proceed when the relevant issue has been resolved, where transportation remains legally and operationally possible.
47. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel international shipping before carrier handover, contact us as soon as possible.
Whether charges can be refunded depends on whether costs have already been incurred.
Non-refundable costs may include amounts already paid or committed for:
- Warehouse labor
- Riconfezionamento
- Palletization
- Wooden cases
- Documentation
- Customs preparation
- Carrier booking
- Pick-up
- Trattamento speciale
Any refund will be handled according to the applicable Refund & Claims Policy and the actual status of the shipment.
48. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once goods have entered the international transportation network, shipment cancellation may not be possible.
If interception, return or re-routing is available, additional carrier and logistics charges may apply.
We cannot guarantee that a dispatched shipment can be stopped.
49. Third-Party Services
CN-DELIVERY may use independent service providers to perform portions of the logistics process.
These may include:
- Freight forwarders
- Airlines
- Ocean carriers
- Express companies
- Customs brokers
- Trucking companies
- Warehouses
- Local delivery companies
Third-party operational rules may apply in addition to this Shipping Policy.
50. Changes to This Shipping Policy
International shipping regulations, carrier requirements, customs rules and available routes may change.
We may update this Shipping Policy when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in:
- Our services
- Carrier requirements
- Customs procedures
- Regulatory requirements
- Shipping practices
The latest published version on the CN-DELIVERY website will apply to future shipments after its effective date, subject to any separately agreed written terms.
51. Contact CN-DELIVERY
