ALL QUESTIONS
Yes. Goods from multiple suppliers can be received at one warehouse and handled under the same customer shipment plan. Before suppliers dispatch anything, make sure they have the correct warehouse address and your identifying reference so incoming packages can be matched correctly.
Each shipment should include the identifying information provided by our team, such as your customer reference, recipient information or another agreed identifier. This helps the warehouse match incoming packages with the correct customer and supplier order.
Warehouse receipt can be confirmed after the incoming package has been identified and processed. The exact notification method depends on the communication arrangement you have with our team.
In principle, a Chinese supplier can send goods to the warehouse by domestic delivery once you have received the correct warehouse instructions. The supplier does not need to be from one specific marketplace, but the package must be identifiable when it arrives.
Give the supplier the warehouse address, recipient details and the customer or package reference provided by our team. You should also keep the Chinese domestic tracking number because it helps match the supplier shipment with the warehouse receipt.
An unidentified package may take longer to match to the correct customer. If this happens, provide the supplier name, domestic tracking number, product details and any available order information so the warehouse can investigate the package.
Consolidation often requires packages to arrive at different times. Short-term holding may therefore be part of the process, but storage capacity, duration and any applicable storage charge should be confirmed with our team for your specific shipment.
This depends on the dimensions, weight, handling requirements and warehouse equipment needed. Large machinery, very heavy goods or unusual cargo should be confirmed before the supplier dispatches it to the warehouse.
Potentially, but tell our team in advance. Fragile and high-value products may require different receiving, inspection, packing, security or shipping arrangements. The warehouse should know the product characteristics before handling begins.
First compare the warehouse receipt with the supplier’s Chinese domestic tracking information. If something appears to be missing, ask the supplier whether the order was split into multiple domestic shipments before assuming that cartons were lost.
Warehouse inspection can include checks such as outer packaging condition, visible product condition, quantity, model, color or other clearly defined requirements. The exact inspection scope should be agreed before the inspection is performed.
No. A warehouse check normally happens after the supplier has already shipped the goods and is not automatically equivalent to an in-process factory inspection, laboratory test or full professional quality-control audit.
Cartons can be opened when that is part of the agreed inspection request and the goods can be safely opened. If packaging is sealed, tamper-evident, sterile or commercially sensitive, confirm first whether opening it is appropriate.
Photo or video records can be used to help customers see the received goods, packaging or requested inspection points. Tell the team in advance what details you need to see so the images are useful for your decision.
These checks may be possible when the items and labels can be clearly identified. For large quantities, multiple SKUs or complex variations, provide an order list or inspection checklist so the warehouse knows exactly what must be compared.
Do not assume that a standard warehouse inspection includes full functional testing of every unit. Functional tests depend on the product, sample size, required tools, power supply, testing method and your written instructions.
The issue can be documented and reported so you can decide how to proceed. Depending on the situation, you may need to contact the supplier about replacement, return, rework or another solution before international shipping.
A normal warehouse inspection should not be treated as an authentication service. Authenticity may require brand documentation, authorized verification or specialist expertise that is different from checking appearance, quantity or packaging.
No. Inspection reduces uncertainty but cannot guarantee that every hidden, intermittent or future defect will be detected. The result depends on the agreed inspection scope, sampling method and what can reasonably be observed or tested.
Provide a clear checklist before inspection. Include the product name or SKU, expected quantity, color, size, model, packaging requirements and any specific defect or feature you want the warehouse to photograph or check.
Yes, consolidation is one of the main reasons customers use a China warehouse. Packages can be received from different suppliers and prepared together once the required goods have arrived and been confirmed.
Unnecessary outer packaging can sometimes be removed to reduce wasted space. However, protective or product packaging should not be removed automatically if doing so could increase the risk of damage.
It can, especially when supplier cartons contain excessive empty space. However, there is no guarantee that repacking will always lower the final cost because freight may be charged by actual weight, volumetric weight, route or other carrier rules.
Additional protective packing may be arranged depending on the product. Fragile goods should be identified before packing so the appropriate carton, cushioning, reinforcement or other protective method can be considered.
Yes, tell the team before repacking if original boxes, branded packaging, retail packaging or other supplier materials must be retained. Do not assume unnecessary packaging will automatically be kept.
Potentially. A shipment can sometimes be divided by destination, product type, urgency or shipping method. The packing plan should be confirmed before final packing because splitting shipments can change handling and freight costs.
Carton labels or identifying marks may be added when you provide the required information and format. Carrier labels, customs labels or regulated markings must follow the requirements of the selected shipping route.
Heavy or oversized cargo may require pallets, wooden cases, reinforcement or other specialist packing. The correct method depends on the cargo dimensions, weight, transport mode and destination requirements, so confirm this before packing begins.
Not automatically. Batteries and other regulated goods may be subject to packaging, marking, documentation and carrier rules. They should be identified before packing so an appropriate compliant shipping solution can be assessed.
No. The best packing arrangement depends on product protection, carton weight, dimensions, carrier limits and the type of cargo. Several appropriately sized cartons may be safer or more economical than one oversized carton.
Available destinations depend on the product, transport route, carrier and current import or customs requirements. Send us the destination country and cargo details so route availability can be confirmed before the goods are shipped.
Available shipping methods depend on the destination, cargo type, weight, volume and urgency. More than one transport option may be possible, but not every method is suitable for every product or country.
DDP-type solutions may be available on certain routes, but availability and what is included must be confirmed for the specific destination and cargo. Do not assume that every country or product can use the same DDP arrangement.
Freight pricing can depend on actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, destination, cargo type, transport method and carrier rules. Special handling, customs-related services or remote delivery may also affect a quotation.
Supplier estimates may differ from the warehouse’s final packed weight and dimensions. International freight is normally calculated using the actual shipment after packing, so a quotation may need to be updated if the measured shipment differs materially from the estimate.
Transit times should normally be treated as estimates rather than absolute guarantees unless a specific carrier service explicitly provides otherwise. Customs, flight or vessel schedules, weather, inspections and last-mile delivery can affect timing.
Tracking availability depends on the shipping service. Some shipments use one tracking number throughout the journey, while other routes may use different international and last-mile tracking references.
This depends on the quoted shipping arrangement and destination. Duties, taxes and customs charges should never be assumed to be included unless the quotation or agreed shipping terms clearly state that they are included.
Some special products may be transportable through suitable routes, but acceptance depends on the exact product classification, composition, packaging, documents, carrier rules and destination regulations. Always disclose special cargo before sending it to the warehouse.
Provide the destination, product type, quantity, estimated or actual weight, carton dimensions or volume, and whether the goods contain batteries, liquids, chemicals, magnets or other special characteristics. Product or supplier links can also help us understand the cargo.
A more accurate freight price can normally be confirmed after the cargo information is known and, where necessary, after the goods are packed and the actual weight and dimensions are available. Estimates based only on supplier data can change.
Payment timing should follow the quotation or service arrangement confirmed with our team. Because different warehouse and shipping services can have different payment stages, check the written terms for your specific shipment rather than relying on a general assumption.
Available payment methods should be confirmed directly with our team for your transaction. Use only payment instructions provided through the agreed official communication channel and verify any unexpected change of payment details before sending funds.
A quotation can change when estimated shipment information changes or when additional services become necessary. Examples can include extra packing, storage, special handling, remote delivery or destination-related charges. Ask for the applicable items to be confirmed before proceeding.
Yes. If the supplier’s estimated weight or dimensions differ from the final packed shipment, freight pricing may need to be recalculated using the warehouse measurements and the selected carrier’s charging rules.
Your request provides the team with the initial shipment information. The next step is to review the product, destination and service requirements and then contact you for any missing information or an appropriate shipping discussion.
It is better to obtain the correct warehouse address, recipient information and identification instructions first. Sending goods without the required reference can make incoming package identification more difficult.
The quotation may need to be recalculated because destination, service level and transport method can materially change the freight cost, transit time and customs arrangement.
Changes may be possible depending on what work has already been completed. If inspection, repacking, storage, booking or other services have already been performed or incurred, the applicable cost and next steps should be confirmed with the team.
Confirm the destination, cargo description, number of cartons, final weight or volume when available, shipping method, quoted charges, what the quotation includes, estimated transit time and any special instructions that are important to you.
