Some products can be shipped through normal channels, some require special documentation and dedicated transport routes, and some cannot legally or safely be accepted at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A product being available for purchase in China does <strong>not<\/strong> automatically mean that it can be exported from China, accepted by an airline or shipping line, imported into the destination country, or delivered by a local courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Major international carriers similarly distinguish between prohibited goods, which cannot be transported, and restricted goods, which may only be accepted after review and approval. Dangerous goods such as lithium batteries, aerosols, perfumes and other regulated substances can also be subject to IATA, IMDG and carrier-specific requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, customers must provide accurate product information <strong>before sending restricted or potentially regulated goods to our China warehouse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Items We Will Not Knowingly Handle or Ship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY will not knowingly arrange storage or international transport for goods when their possession, export, import or transportation is illegal under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Illegal narcotics and controlled recreational drugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illegal psychotropic substances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Counterfeit currency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stolen goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods obtained through fraud or other illegal activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products whose possession is illegal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products whose export from China is prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products whose import into the destination country is prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods intentionally declared under a false product description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods intentionally concealed to avoid dangerous-goods or customs requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carriers such as DHL and FedEx also prohibit illegal goods and goods whose movement is prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Firearms, Ammunition and Weapons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are generally not accepted through our standard warehouse and shipping services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Firearms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handguns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rifles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shotguns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ammunition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explosive ammunition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firearm receivers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firearm frames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gunpowder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Military weapons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grenades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explosive devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replica explosive devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items designed to function as prohibited weapons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain knives, tactical products, self-defense products and weapon-like goods may also be restricted depending on the product and destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Examples include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Switchblades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic knives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large tactical knives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swords<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crossbows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tasers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stun devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper spray<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brass knuckles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weapon components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not send weapons or weapon-related products to our warehouse without written confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Major international express carriers maintain strict prohibitions or approval requirements for firearms, ammunition and explosives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Explosives and Highly Reactive Materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explosives and highly reactive materials cannot be treated as ordinary cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Examples include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fireworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detonators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explosive powders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blasting materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain pyrotechnic products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explosive components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain self-reactive chemicals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain organic peroxides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substances that can react dangerously with water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dangerous-goods regulations classify explosives, flammable solids, self-reactive materials, oxidizers, organic peroxides, toxic substances, radioactive materials and corrosives into specific hazard classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products in these categories must never be declared as ordinary general cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Lithium Batteries and Energy Storage Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY may be able to handle certain battery products through suitable routes, but <strong>battery shipments require review before they are sent to the warehouse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lithium-ion batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lithium metal batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LiFePO4 batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy storage batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery modules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery packs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portable power stations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power banks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-bike batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scooter batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solar storage batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UPS batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batteries packed with equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batteries installed in equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your request should identify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Battery chemistry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voltage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Watt-hour rating where applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether the battery is standalone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether it is packed with equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether it is installed in equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the shipment, we may also request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>UN38.3 test summary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SDS or MSDS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery specification sheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product photos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packing information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other carrier-requested documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lithium battery transportation is subject to detailed air-transport requirements under the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, and carriers apply additional acceptance rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acceptance at our warehouse does not automatically guarantee acceptance by every airline, carrier or destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Damaged, Swollen or Leaking Batteries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not intentionally send batteries that are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Swollen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leaking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Burned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Severely deformed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physically unstable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Showing signs of overheating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seriously damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recalled for safety reasons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a battery arrives and appears unsafe, normal warehouse processing may be stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The battery may need to be isolated while appropriate handling is determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safety takes priority over consolidation, repacking or international shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Perfume, Fragrance and Alcohol-Based Cosmetics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perfume and fragrance products may qualify as dangerous goods because of their alcohol or other flammable content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This can include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perfume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eau de parfum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eau de toilette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aftershave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fragrance oils containing regulated substances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alcohol-based cosmetic sprays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain nail products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DHL specifically lists perfumes, aftershaves, aerosols and other flammable substances among dangerous or restricted goods requiring approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send the product composition and SDS\/MSDS where available before purchasing international transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
