Our Role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY acts as a warehouse and logistics service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the selected service, international transportation may be performed by independent airlines, shipping lines, express carriers, trucking companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, local delivery companies or other logistics service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY is not itself the customs authority, airline, ocean carrier or destination-country postal authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may select, coordinate or subcontract suitable third-party logistics providers when necessary to complete a shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Supplier Shipments to Our China Warehouse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods purchased from one or multiple Chinese suppliers may be sent to our warehouse before international shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should provide the domestic Chinese tracking number after your supplier dispatches the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tracking information helps us identify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Which supplier sent the parcel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which customer the parcel belongs to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which order the parcel relates to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How many packages are expected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Packages received without sufficient identification may require additional information before they can be matched to your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Warehouse Receiving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When goods arrive at our China warehouse, we may record:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Domestic tracking number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrival date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of cartons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visible packaging condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipment status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Receiving a package does not mean that the product itself has been fully inspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warehouse receiving and product inspection are separate services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our website currently provides <strong>30 days of free warehouse storage<\/strong> for ordinary received shipments unless a different arrangement is agreed for a particular shipment. Extended storage, unusually large cargo or special-storage cargo may require a separate arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Goods Do Not Ship Automatically<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods received at our warehouse are not automatically sent internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our normal process allows the customer to review the relevant warehouse information and confirm the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on your requirements, you may ask us to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold the goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect the goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take photos or videos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consolidate multiple orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repack the goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return goods to a supplier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separate defective products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare the goods for international shipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your goods are normally prepared for international dispatch after the required inspection, packing and shipping instructions have been confirmed. CN-DELIVERY&#8217;s current service process specifically allows customers to approve the shipment before international dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Photos and Videos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photos and videos may be provided when included in the agreed warehouse service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They may show:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incoming cartons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open cartons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visible defects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consolidatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opnieuw verpakken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final shipment condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photos and videos are intended to provide visual information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They do not guarantee product authenticity, internal functionality, regulatory compliance, chemical composition, material composition or long-term product performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Consolidation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods purchased from multiple suppliers may be combined at our warehouse when practical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consolidation may involve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receiving packages separately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Matching packages with supplier orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Waiting for additional supplier shipments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removing unnecessary domestic packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sorting products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combining compatible goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing fewer international shipping cartons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not every product should be consolidated into the same carton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fragile goods, batteries, liquids, chemicals, heavy products, oversized products and other incompatible cargo may need to remain separate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Repacking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When requested, we can repack goods before international shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repacking may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replacing weak cartons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removing unnecessary outer packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding cushioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding foam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding bubble wrap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding corner protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filling empty space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing stronger export cartons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palletization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wooden-case preparation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom product grouping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift-set packing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying customer-provided cards, inserts or labels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repacking may change the final weight and dimensions of a shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Final Weight and Dimensions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping prices are normally based on the final packed shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After consolidation or repacking, we may measure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Length<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Width<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Height<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of cartons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pallet dimensions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wooden-case dimensions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actual weight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supplier-provided dimensions and weights are considered estimates until the final shipment has been measured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International transportation may be charged according to actual weight, volumetric weight or another carrier-specific charging method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A shipment that is physically large but relatively light may therefore cost more than its actual weight alone would suggest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chargeable weight depends on factors including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carrier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping route<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport mode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carton dimensions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actual weight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Producttype<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The calculation method applicable to the selected route will determine the final chargeable weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Shipping Quotations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initial quotations may be estimates when the goods have not yet arrived at our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A final quotation may change if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actual weight differs from the supplier&#8217;s estimate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carton dimensions differ<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volumetric weight changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More cartons arrive than expected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product type differs from the information provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Destination changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional packaging is required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special cargo handling is required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customs requirements change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier surcharges apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote-area delivery applies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whenever possible, the final shipping quotation will be based on the actual packed shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14.
