Customer Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into transactions relating to the goods and services you request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you act on behalf of a company, organization or other person, you confirm that you are authorized to act on their behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you, your goods and your destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Quotations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations provided before the goods arrive at our warehouse are estimates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An initial quotation may be based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>information provided by the customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supplier-provided weight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supplier-provided dimensions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>estimated volume;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product description;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>expected destination; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>expected shipping method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final cost may change after the goods are physically received, measured, weighed, inspected or repacked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Final Shipping Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final shipping price may depend on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>actual weight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>volumetric weight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>final carton dimensions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of cartons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product category;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>destination;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping route;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fuel surcharge;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remote-area surcharge;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dangerous or sensitive cargo classification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>duties and taxes where applicable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>special handling; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other carrier or third-party charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will normally provide or confirm the applicable shipping charge before dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Quotation Validity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Freight rates and carrier charges may change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation or, if no period is stated, for a reasonable period based on current carrier pricing and service availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A quotation may need to be updated if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the goods arrive later than expected;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier rates change;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fuel surcharges change;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the destination changes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cargo information changes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>final weight or dimensions differ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product classification changes; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the originally planned route becomes unavailable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. China Warehouse Receiving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After we provide warehouse receiving details, you may instruct your supplier to send goods to our China warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should provide the relevant domestic tracking number whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tracking number helps us identify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the supplier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the expected products; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the corresponding warehouse shipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to provide tracking or identification information may delay package matching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Delivery to the Correct Warehouse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers and suppliers are responsible for using the correct warehouse address and receiving instructions supplied by CN-DELIVERY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not responsible for goods sent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to an outdated address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to an incorrect warehouse;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>without required identification information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to another company;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to an incorrect recipient;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or otherwise contrary to our receiving instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery instructions may be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Warehouse Receipt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our warehouse receipt records the apparent receipt of packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Receipt of a carton does not automatically confirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the exact contents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal quantity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product quality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>authenticity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>functionality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>condition of every individual item; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conformity with the customer\u2019s purchase contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those matters require the relevant inspection service if requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Visible Damage on Arrival<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where practical, we may record obvious external damage visible when a parcel reaches our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>crushed cartons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>torn cartons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wet packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>damaged pallets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>broken wooden cases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>open packages; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other obvious external damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">External receiving inspection does not constitute a full product inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Warehouse Storage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY may provide a period of free warehouse storage as stated on the website, quotation, service confirmation or current warehouse policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your current website states that <strong>30 days of free warehouse storage<\/strong> may be available. The applicable storage arrangement should nevertheless be confirmed for the specific shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After any free storage period expires, storage fees may apply if communicated to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Different storage rules may apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>oversized cargo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dangerous goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>batteries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chemicals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>food;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temperature-sensitive products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>high-value goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unusually large shipments; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>goods requiring special handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Uncollected or Long-Term Stored Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for giving timely instructions regarding stored goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If goods remain unclaimed or no instructions are provided for an extended period, we may contact the customer and request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>payment of outstanding charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collection instructions; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other disposition instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where permitted by applicable law and after reasonable notice, we may suspend services, arrange return, transfer the goods to paid storage, or take other reasonable action regarding goods that remain unclaimed while substantial charges continue to accumulate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in this section permits disposal contrary to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Ownership of Customer Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless CN-DELIVERY has purchased goods on the customer\u2019s behalf under an agreed purchasing service, ownership of customer goods remains subject to the agreement between the customer and the supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our possession of goods for warehousing, inspection, packing or shipping does not mean CN-DELIVERY is the seller, manufacturer or owner of those goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Product Inspection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product inspection is performed according to the scope requested and agreed with the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the product and instructions, checks may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>quantity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>model;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>color;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>size;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visible condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visible workmanship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>labels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accessories;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>measurements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visible defects; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other specifically requested observable details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should provide clear inspection requirements before inspection begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Inspection Limitations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly agreed otherwise, CN-DELIVERY warehouse inspection is a visual or basic warehouse-level check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not automatically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a laboratory test;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an engineering certification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a regulatory compliance audit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a factory audit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a formal pre-shipment inspection by an accredited inspection company;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an authenticity certification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a chemical analysis;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a materials test;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a destructive test;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an electrical safety certification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a food safety test; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a guarantee that every unit is defect-free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specialist testing must be arranged separately where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Sampling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For large orders, inspection may be performed on selected units rather than every individual unit unless a full inspection has been expressly agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sample result does not guarantee that every uninspected item has the same characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer should specify if 100% quantity or individual-unit inspection is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional inspection charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Photos and Videos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY may provide photographs or videos according to the agreed inspection or warehouse service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photos and videos are intended to help the customer visually review the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They do not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>authenticity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hidden quality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal components;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>long-term performance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regulatory compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exact color reproduction on different screens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>laboratory performance; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defects not reasonably visible in the images.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should request specific angles, labels, measurements or product details where important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Customer Approval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where our process requires customer approval, goods will normally remain on hold until the customer instructs us to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approval may relate to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inspection results;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packing method;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consolidation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repacking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>final carton quantity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping method; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>final shipping quotation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the customer approves a step and the next service has commenced, reversing that instruction may involve additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Consolidation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may instruct us to combine goods received from multiple suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consolidation may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>opening supplier cartons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sorting goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifying SKUs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>removing unnecessary outer packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>combining compatible products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparing new cartons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adding protection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reducing the number of international shipping units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We determine packing feasibility based on product compatibility and transport safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21. Consolidation Does Not Guarantee Lower Freight Cost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although consolidation and removal of unnecessary packaging may reduce volume in some cases, CN-DELIVERY does not guarantee that consolidation will always reduce shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Final freight depends on factors including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>actual weight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>volumetric weight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product fragility;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier pricing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipment classification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>destination; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>selected transport method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22. Repacking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repacking may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>replacing cartons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>removing unnecessary packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adding protective material;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sorting products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creating gift sets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adding cards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inserting promotional materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adding labels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assembling customer-defined sets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparing ready-to-distribute packages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>palletization; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wooden-case preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repacking is performed according to customer instructions and reasonable warehouse handling practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">23. Custom Packaging Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where customers provide detailed packing instructions, they are responsible for ensuring those instructions are complete and suitable for the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may recommend changes where instructions create an obvious risk of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>product damage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carton failure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>excessive movement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crushing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leakage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dangerous-goods issues; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier rejection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer may be asked to confirm unusual packaging instructions in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24. Purchasing Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where CN-DELIVERY agrees to purchase products on the customer\u2019s behalf, the customer must provide sufficient information regarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>product link;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>model;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quantity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>color;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>size;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>specification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supplier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acceptable price; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other required details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will normally purchase only after customer confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">25. Purchasing Service Fee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A purchasing service fee may apply when CN-DELIVERY purchases goods on behalf of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your current website displays a <strong>3% purchasing service fee<\/strong> for the purchasing service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable fee for a specific order will be the fee confirmed in the quotation or purchasing confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other charges may apply for unusual purchasing requirements, supplier negotiations, complex sourcing or additional services if agreed in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">26. Supplier Prices and Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supplier prices, inventory and product availability may change before an order is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY is not responsible for supplier price changes that occur before purchase is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the supplier:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>changes the price;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changes shipping charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changes the MOQ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sells out;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changes specifications; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refuses the order,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">we will normally inform the customer before proceeding where practical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">27. Supplier Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless CN-DELIVERY expressly acts as the seller of a product, the original supplier remains responsible for manufacturing and supplying the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY is not the manufacturer of products purchased from third-party suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not automatically guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>supplier honesty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product authenticity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intellectual property ownership;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product quality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regulatory compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manufacturing consistency; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supplier warranties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warehouse inspection may help identify visible problems but does not transfer manufacturer responsibility to CN-DELIVERY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">28. Supplier Returns and Replacements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where goods need to be returned to a Chinese supplier, return handling may be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>supplier approval;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return eligibility;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return deadlines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return shipping cost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replacement arrangements; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supplier refund conditions,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY cannot guarantee that a supplier will accept a return, refund or replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">29. Restricted and Prohibited Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must not send illegal or prohibited goods to our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods may also be restricted due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chinese law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>export controls;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>destination-country law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aviation restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maritime restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dangerous-goods rules;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sanctions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intellectual property restrictions; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may refuse, isolate, return or suspend handling of goods that present legal, safety or transport concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">30. Special Cargo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special cargo may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lithium batteries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>energy storage batteries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>power stations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chemicals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>liquids;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>powders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>magnets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>food products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cosmetics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pharmaceuticals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dangerous goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>high-value goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fragile goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oversized cargo; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temperature-sensitive products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such goods require advance disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to disclose the true nature of the goods may result in service suspension, additional charges or rejection by carriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">31. Battery Shipments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers shipping lithium batteries, energy storage systems or products containing batteries must provide accurate battery information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the route, information or documentation may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>battery chemistry;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>model;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voltage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>capacity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>watt-hour rating;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UN38.3 test summary;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SDS or MSDS;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product specification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging information; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other carrier-required documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acceptance depends on the actual product, packaging, documentation, destination and available carrier route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">32. Documentation Supplied by Customers or Suppliers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY may review documents for logistics purposes, but unless expressly agreed, we do not certify or independently authenticate supplier documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of documents required for import, sale or regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">33. International Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY may arrange international transportation through third-party carriers, freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies, customs service providers and local delivery providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available services may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>courier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>air freight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sea freight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DDP shipping;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trucking; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>special cargo routes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not all methods are available for all products or destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">34. Third-Party Carriers and Service Providers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY may use subcontractors and third-party logistics providers to perform part of a shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>courier companies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>airlines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping lines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>freight forwarders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs brokers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>warehouse partners;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trucking providers; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>last-mile delivery companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transportation may also be subject to the applicable carrier\u2019s terms, conditions, liability limits and operational rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">35. Transit Times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any transit time provided is an estimate unless expressly stated in writing as guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transit may be affected by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>customs clearance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs inspection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weather;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flight cancellation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vessel delay;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>port congestion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>public holidays;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>peak season;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier capacity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strikes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>government action;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security checks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remote-area delivery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>incorrect receiver information; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other events beyond our reasonable control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">36. Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where available, tracking information will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some routes may use more than one tracking number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>one reference may apply during transport from China;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>another may apply after customs clearance; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a local courier may issue a different number for final delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tracking systems are operated by carriers and may not always update in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">37. DDP Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DDP or door-to-door services may be available for selected goods and destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exact scope of a DDP service is determined by the specific quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the route, the quotation may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>export transportation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>international freight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs clearance arrangements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>duty handling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tax handling; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>final delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should not assume that every charge, tax, inspection fee or local service is included unless it is expressly stated in the quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">38. DDP Limitations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DDP shipping does not eliminate all import requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the destination, authorities may require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>importer information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VAT number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GST number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EORI number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>company registration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tax identification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>import permit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>special product documentation; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customer cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer must provide requested information promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">39. Customs Declarations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must provide truthful and accurate information regarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>product description;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quantity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>value;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>material;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intended use;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>origin;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>model; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other information required for customs purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept instructions to deliberately falsify product descriptions, values, quantities or other customs information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">40. HS Codes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where an HS code is required, the final customs classification may be determined or reviewed by customs authorities, brokers or importers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any HS code suggested for logistics purposes should not be treated as a binding customs ruling unless confirmed by the relevant authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">41. Duties, VAT, GST and Taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Import charges depend on destination law, product classification, declared value and service type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the quotation clearly states that specific duties or taxes are included, the customer remains responsible for charges imposed by customs or other authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">42. Customs Inspection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customs authorities have the right to inspect shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such inspection may cause:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>delay;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opening of cartons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>document requests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>testing requests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>storage charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>examination fees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reclassification; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other government charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY does not control customs decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">43. Customs Seizure or Refusal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY is not responsible for seizure, detention, destruction or refusal resulting from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>prohibited goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>false declarations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>missing permits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intellectual property infringement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inaccurate documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>importer non-compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>destination-country restrictions; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other customer or supplier compliance failures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will reasonably assist with available shipment information where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">44. Receiver Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must provide accurate receiver information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>full name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>company;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>postal code;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>city;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>state;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>country;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>telephone number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tax number; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>importer information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be passed to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">45. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery may be made by a third-party courier, truck carrier, freight service or local delivery company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for ensuring the destination can receive the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Large or heavy cargo may require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>forklift;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unloading personnel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loading dock;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delivery appointment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appropriate vehicle access; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other receiving arrangements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly included in the quotation, unloading labor and specialist lifting equipment are not included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">46. Failed Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional charges may arise where delivery fails because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the receiver is unavailable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the address is incorrect;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access is not possible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the receiver refuses the shipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs information is not provided;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a delivery appointment is missed; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>local delivery requirements are not met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Re-delivery, storage or return costs may be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">47. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment terms depend on the service being provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed, charges may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>purchasing costs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>purchasing service fees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inspection fees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>warehouse handling fees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repacking fees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging material charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>storage charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>international shipping;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs-related charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>special handling charges; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other agreed services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International freight generally must be paid before the shipment is dispatched unless alternative payment terms have been expressly agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">48. Currency and Payment Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments may be quoted or accepted in different currencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for any:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bank fees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>card processing charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intermediary banking charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>currency conversion charges; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment-provider fees,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">unless expressly included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">49. Outstanding Amounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>purchasing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>warehouse release;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>document release; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">where amounts due remain unpaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goods may remain at the warehouse until required charges are settled, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">50. Cancellation of Purchasing Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once CN-DELIVERY has placed an order with a supplier, cancellation depends on whether the supplier allows cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supplier costs already incurred may not be refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchasing service fees or other work already performed may also be non-refundable where the service has already been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">51. Cancellation of Warehouse Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may request cancellation before a warehouse service is performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once inspection, photography, consolidation, repacking or other work has begun or been completed, the corresponding service charges may still be payable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">52. Cancellation of Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping cancellation depends on the stage of the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the goods have been:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>booked with a carrier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collected by the carrier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>entered into export processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loaded;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dispatched; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>otherwise committed to transport,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">some or all shipping charges may be non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any carrier cancellation charges may be passed to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">53. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the refund and whether costs have already been incurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generally, we cannot refund amounts already paid to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>suppliers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carriers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs service providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging suppliers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment processors; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">where those amounts cannot reasonably be recovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any confirmed overpayment or refundable balance will be handled according to the applicable Refund &amp; Claims Policy or specific agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">54. Shipping Loss and Damage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International transport involves inherent risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should inspect packages on delivery and report visible damage promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For claims, customers may be asked to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>shipment number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tracking number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photographs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>videos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging photos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delivery record;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>commercial invoice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packing list;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proof of value; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other carrier-requested evidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims may be subject to carrier deadlines and rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">55. Carrier Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where loss or damage occurs while goods are in the custody of an independent carrier, compensation may be subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the carrier\u2019s terms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the selected transport service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>applicable international conventions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>declared value;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>purchased insurance; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mandatory law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CN-DELIVERY cannot guarantee that a carrier will compensate the full retail or purchase value of lost or damaged goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">56. Cargo Insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless expressly confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If insurance is available and required, the customer should request it before dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insurance coverage, exclusions, limits and claim procedures are governed by the applicable insurance policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">57. Warehouse Damage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe goods were lost or damaged while directly under our warehouse control, you should notify us promptly and provide evidence allowing us to investigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will review relevant warehouse records, photographs, handling information and other available evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any compensation will depend on the circumstances, applicable service terms and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">58. Customer Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We rely on customer instructions when performing services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for clearly communicating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>what should be inspected;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what should be photographed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packing requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products to consolidate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products to keep separate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>destination;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping preferences; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>special handling requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambiguous instructions may require clarification and delay processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">63. Indemnity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to be responsible for losses, claims, penalties, charges or expenses resulting from the customer\u2019s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>illegal goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inaccurate customs declarations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>false information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>infringement of third-party rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>breach of import regulations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>undisclosed dangerous goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>violation of these Terms; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unlawful instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This does not apply to losses directly caused by CN-DELIVERY\u2019s own liability where that liability cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">71. Right to Refuse or Suspend Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may refuse or suspend service where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>goods are illegal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>goods are unsafe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>required information is withheld;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>invoices remain unpaid;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs information appears false;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier rules prohibit acceptance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the customer requests illegal conduct;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handling creates unreasonable safety risk; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>continuing the service may expose us or a third party to legal or regulatory risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">73. Service-Specific Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individual quotations, invoices, service confirmations or written agreements may contain additional terms specific to a particular shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where there is a direct conflict between these general Terms &amp; Conditions and a clearly agreed shipment-specific written term, the shipment-specific written term will apply to that specific matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">74. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms &amp; Conditions when our services, operational requirements or applicable rules change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes will generally apply to services requested after publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existing confirmed transactions may remain subject to the terms applicable when they were confirmed unless otherwise agreed or required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">75.
